CHAIR PILATES
Our 45-minute Chair Pilates class focuses on building strength, improving balance, enhancing mobility and gaining flexibility in a fun, interactive class. We work on developing a strong core using light weights, pilates balls, resistance bands, and gliders. The class is mostly seated, with some standing work done using the back of the chair for support as needed.
