TOPIC TOURS: COMMUNICATION & NEGOTIATION

We are taking a virtual “tour” of another great topic - Communication & Negotiation. We'll watch some videos where a former FBI hostage negotiator will teach us communication skills and strategies such as empathy, mirroring, labeling, bargaining, plus body language and speech patterns, so we can communicate effectively, no matter what the circumstance!
