Middle School Total Athlete

Ages 12-14

Develop strength, speed, agility, coordination, and confidence through training designed to improve overall athleticism. Athletes will build skills that transfer across all sports.

Monthly Sessions

Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 4:15 - 5:15pm

Fees: $60 BCCC Member | $65 BCMUD Resident | $75 Non-Resident
