Dear Brushy Creek MUD residents, 

We want to inform you that public access to the concrete stairs that connect Powder Horn Drive to Creekside Park & Pool are temporarily closed effective immediately.

This closure is necessary so the District can evaluate the condition to ensure the long-term safety and stability of the structure. We kindly ask that all residents and visitors avoid the area until further notice. 

We understand this may be an inconvenience and appreciate your patience as evaluate the operational condition. The safety of our community is our highest priority, and we are committed to evaluating the concern responsibly and efficiently.
